Tornando al modding, e sempre che la cosa interessi qualcun altro, oltre eltorque e me, bisognerebbe esaminare le modifiche una ad una, per capire come procedere.
Esempio: modificare quantità e tipo di produzioni nelle città (cosa che in PIII si faceva tranquillamente con l'editor ).
Bisogna, se non ho capito male, aprire il file townlist.ini dove si trova questa situazione (metto solo alcune righe)

Ad un controllo fatto, credo di poter dire che i numeri che si trovano accanto ad ogni città corrispondono ai singoli beni che la città produce, numerati esattamente nella sequenza che si trova nel manualetto allegato al gioco, cioè 0=legno; 1=mattoni; 2=grano etc.
Ora, le operazioni che si possono fare, riguardo ai beni sono diverse:
1) Sostituire un prodotto con un altro, esempio voglio che Brema produca ferro anzichè canapa. E’ sufficiente sostituire, al rigo Bremen, il n. 3 (canapa) col numero 5 (ferro)?
2) Aumentare il numero delle produzioni: posso farlo per una sola città, o debbo mettere un numero massimo uguale per tutte? E devo, quindi modificare la stringa production_per_town = 5?
Resta anche il problema dei prodotti regionali: immagino di non poter produrre pece a Colonia o vino a Stoccolma.
Questa roba si trova probabilmente nel forum sul modding: disgraziatamente capisco a malapena qualche espressione più comune di inglese (a scuola ho studiato altro) e ci vorrebbe qualcuno capace di riportare i contenuti della discussione …
